We offer a variety of after school provision.

After School Activity Clubs

Each half term we offer a variety of free after school clubs across all year groups - maximum numbers apply. Our clubs vary from term to term but can include multi skills, football, photography, netball, performing arts club, cookery club and gardening club.  Our clubs operate straight after the end of school until 4.30pm. Parents/carers will be notified of the clubs available by Class Dojo and a facility will be provided for expression of interest. Confirmation messages will be issued to those who have secured places.   

After School Childcare Facility

Eldon Grove Academy now offers an after school childcare facility (paid service). 

Our childcare club operational times are:

3.15pm to 4.30pm (£5.00 per child)

3.15pm to 5.00pm (£7.50 per child)

3.15pm to 5.30pm (£10.00 per child)

In addition, we also offer the additional time of 4.30pm-5.30pm for children who may attend one of our free activity clubs first and then can move to the childcare club afterwards. The charge for this is £5.00 per child.  

Any child from Reception to Year 6 can attend this childcare club. The club is operated by existing members of staff within school so children will be familiar with the club staff. Children receive a snack (sandwich/toast, bagel, fruit toast, cheese and crackers, drink of juice) and participate in a variety of activities (dance activities, TV programmes/films, colouring, art and crafts, board games, lego, ipads etc).  Children also have access to outdoor spaces and equipment. 

Our booking facility is available on parentpay and places can be booked weeks in advance where required. Places must be booked by Sunday evening for the forthcoming week. If the deadline is missed, places can be booked via the main office.
