    Our Ethos

    Our ethos is characterised by a culture of positive attitude, high expectation and aspiration. These are related to the whole learning community, pupils and staff.

    Our Vision

    The overarching vision for all schools within Extol Trust is that ‘each academy within the Trust should be an outstanding school, “a stand out school”, developing young people who achieve highly and are well-rounded ambitious individuals, equipped in all respects for a modern, diverse society. ‘

    This is achieved by:

    • Our schools working in partnership in order to achieve the aim of all pupils attending a “stand out” school; learning from and with each other
    • Developing, supporting and challenging high performing academies providing world class outcomes for all pupils
    • Investing in purposeful, relevant professional development for all staff to secure a highly professional and committed team
    • Engaging with external partners to enhance the Trust’s provision

    Excellence Excellent leadership, pedagogy and the sharing of best-practice across the Trust ensures that pupils have an outstanding and enriching educational experience.

    Partnership Each school within the Trust is celebrated and recognised for its strengths, we believe that a true partnership allows us to learn with and from each other.
